Moderate (~500 MB/day): Social media scrolling (Instagram, TikTok), regular messaging, maps, some video calls over cellular data, and moderate photo sharing.

Heavy (~1.2 GB/day): Frequent video calls (FaceTime, WhatsApp video), music streaming, daily social media stories, and regular photo/video uploads.
